Is Kakkad only for women?
Yes, completely. Kakkad is our women-only branch, built for female customers who want a space of their own for Me-Time.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, prior booking is required for all our services. For postnatal care and Me-Time packages, booking must be confirmed with an advance payment.
Is the Ayurveda BAMS Doctor consultation complimentary with Swasthya services?
Yes, a consultation with our BAMS Ayurveda doctor is included with all our services, before your treatment, at no extra cost.
What happens during the consultation?
Our doctor asks about your concerns and the purpose of your visit, evaluates your Vata-Pitha-Kapha (dosha) balance, and then guides the therapist on the right treatment for your session.
How long is the Me-Time Whole Day Ayurveda Package?
Your Me-Time begins at 9:30 AM with a doctor's consultation, followed by a warm welcome drink before your treatments start at 10 AM. The full experience runs through to 5 PM.
Can I add short therapies?
Yes. Even if you didn't request add-ons at the time of booking, we can often include short therapies with your session on the day, subject to time availability.
Do you offer postnatal care?
Yes, Kakkad has a dedicated postnatal care centre. We offer three ways to receive care — a home service, daily visits, or staying with us at the centre.
What should I bring for my treatment?
You don't need to carry anything for regular massages or short therapies — we take care of everything. For treatments or a stay, our staff will guide you on what to bring at the time of booking.
