- To cancel or reschedule, call at least 3 hours before.
- More than 15 minutes late or no-show: the slot is cancelled and a 50% fee applies before your next booking.
- Group bookings: 50% fee for each guest who doesn't come.
- In a genuine emergency, please call us as early as you can.

Is Kakkad only for women?
Yes. Kakkad is only for women and every therapist and staff member here is a woman.
Can I come alone?
Yes. Many women come on their own for a quiet day. You can also bring your mother, sister or friend and both of you save an extra 10% on Me-Time packages.
Is the doctor consultation free?
Yes. Every package includes a free consultation with our Ayurveda doctor before your therapies.
What happens during the consultation?
The doctor asks about your health, sleep, stress and any pain, then adjusts your therapies and oils to suit you.
How long is the Me-Time Whole Day Ayurveda Package?
From 10 AM to 5 PM, with a welcome drink, lunch and an evening herbal drink.
I'm pregnant or on my period. Can I still book?
Please tell us when you call. Our doctor will choose safe therapies for you. Expecting mothers can book our Pre-natal Care.
What should I bring?
Nothing special. We provide fresh robes and towels. Please come with your hair free of styling products.
Can I add short therapies?
Yes. Add any add-on to your full body massage on the same day at the add-on price.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, please book at least a day ahead so we can plan your therapies. Me-Time Whole Day is best booked 2 or 3 days ahead.
Can I book through WhatsApp?

Do you offer postnatal care?
Yes. We offer stay at Kakkad, daily visits and home service, with 10 to 28 day programmes planned by our Ayurveda doctor.
