Thank you for booking with Swasthya. These rules apply at both our branches.

1Arrival time

Please reach the centre 10 minutes before your booking time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your booking will be treated as a cancellation and the advance will not be refunded.

2Advance & Cancellation

Advance

  • A 50% advance is needed to confirm every booking (₹5,000 for postnatal care) and is reduced from your final bill
  • It cannot be refunded

✅ Can be rescheduled: body massages under 2 hours

  • Call us at least 3 hours before your booking time (once only)
  • The new date must be within 2 days, based on slot availability
  • Offer prices will not apply after rescheduling
  • Less than 3 hours before: rescheduling is not possible

❌ Cannot be rescheduled

  • Any therapy of 2 hours or more
  • Treatment and postnatal packages
  • Pre-bridal packages
  • Combo packages
  • Me-Time, facial and hair packages

Please make sure your date and time are right before booking. We keep the therapist and room ready only for you and in most of our therapies we need to prepare the oils, medicines and products in advance as per your booking. So the advance cannot be refunded.

3Advance payment by QR

Once we confirm your slot by call, we will send you a QR code on WhatsApp. Please pay within the time given in the message and share the payment screenshot.

If payment is not received in time, the slot will be released. Please call us to check availability before paying.

4Health information

When booking, please tell us about pregnancy, recent surgery, injuries, allergies or any medical condition so we can plan a safe therapy for you.

5Changes by Swasthya

If Swasthya has to change your booking, you can choose a new time or get your advance back.
